In seiner zweiten Generation wurde das Mittelklasse-SAV-Coupé optisch und technisch auf den neusten Stand gebracht, was sich in vielen Details an Karosserie und Interieur bemerkbar macht und den Eindruck der Wertigkeit nochmals erhöht. Elegant, edel und doch kraftvoll dynamisch.
Dähler Design & Technik GmbH aus Belp bei Bern in der Schweiz schöpft das vorhandene Optimierungspotenzial aus und vollendet das SAV-Coupé durch umfassende Individualisierungsarbeiten und seriöse Leistungssteigerungen zum X4 «dÄHLer competition line» – stark wie ein Grizzly, bodenständig und trotzdem elegant unterwegs im Indian Summer…

Leistungssteigerungen:
Im Topbenziner leistet der starke X4 M40i (Basis 360 PS) in der Ausführung als «dÄHLer competition line» beeindruckende 420 PS/630 Nm. Im leistungsstärksten Diesel X4 M40d (Basis 326 PS) liefert Dähler äusserst solide 380 PS/780 Nm. In Kombination mit der Achtgang-Automatik bringt das Team von Dähler die höhere Leistung und Kraft jederzeit auf die Strasse.

Fahrwerk:
a) Sorgfältig abgestimmter Sportfedersatz «built by dÄHLer» mit Tieferlegung für ein stabileres Fahrverhalten, für deutlich reduzierte Wankbewegungen, zur Reduzierung der Empfindlichkeit gegen Seitenwind und für eine verbesserte Optik sowie
b) top-abgestimmte, harmonische und schluckfreudige Fahrwerkslösung durch Einsatz des vielfach in Höhe und Härte verstellbaren Komplettfahrwerks «built by dÄHLer» mit knackiger, sportlich-straffer (aber niemals harter!) Kennung. Durch eine entsprechende Tieferlegung erreichen wir zudem eine bullige und sehr dynamische Optik.

«dÄHLer CDC1» – das sportlich-elegante Rad aus eigener Entwicklung und Fertigung in den Dimensionen 9 x 21 (VA) und 10,5 x 21 (HA) sowie 9,5 x 22 (VA) und 10,5 x 22 (HA), in vielen verschiedenen Ausführungen sofort ab Lager verfügbar – und als Leckerbissen neu auch als ultraleichtes Schmiederad.

Der dynamisch-bullige Auftritt wird untermalt mit dem sportlich-sonoren und dÄHLer-typischen Sound der Edelstahlabgasanlage mit 4 Endrohren, ebenfalls aus eigener Fertigung «built by dÄHLer». Bei den Benzinmotoren harmoniert die durch uns weiter perfektionierte Anlage optimal mit den neu ab Werk verbauten Benzin-Partikelfiltern!
Mittlerweile hat sich herumgesprochen, dass Dähler sich nicht nur dem jeweiligen Topmodell einer Baureihe widmet, sondern für (fast) jede Motorisierung (Benzin oder Diesel) eine Optimierung sowie geprüfte und homologierte Leistungssteigerung «powered by dÄHLer» anbietet. So natürlich auch für die Dähler-Interpretation des neuen X4 (G02).

The Indian Summer is considered as synonym for magnificent colored leaves, blue skies and still mild temperatures. Exactly the coherent playground for the new X4 (G02). In the category of SAV coupes, the X4 has positioned itself optimally in the competitive environment and combines the X-typical power with the aesthetics of a classic coupe. With its present-dynamic lines and the coupe-like silhouette, it turns every road into a stage for a strong and solid performance – in the Indian Summer, but also in all the seasons following fall.
In its second generation, the mid-size SAV coupe has been visually and technically updated, which is noticeable in many details of the body and interior, and increases the impression of value even more. Elegant, noble and yet powerfully dynamic.

Performance upgrades:
In the top gasoline engine, the powerful X4 M40i (basis 360 hp) in the „DÄHLer competition line“ version delivers an impressive 420 hp/630 Nm. In the most powerful diesel X4 M40d (basis on 326 hp), Dähler delivers extremely solid 380 hp/780 Nm. In combination with the eight-speed automatic, the Dähler team puts the higher output and power on the road at any time.

Chassis:
a) Carefully tuned sport suspension kit «built by dÄHLer» with lowering for a more stable handling, for significantly reduced sway movements, to diminish the sensitivity to crosswind and for an improved appearance, as well as
b) a top-tuned, harmonious and shock-absorbent suspension solution by using the multiple adjustable in both height and hardness complete suspension «built by dÄHLer» with a crisp, sporty-taut (but never hard!) identification. Because of a corresponding lowering, we also achieve a beefy and very dynamic look.

«dÄHLer CDC1» – the sporty-elegant wheel from our own development and production in the dimensions 9 x 21 (FA) and 10,5 x 21 (RA) as well as 9,5 x 22 (FA) and 10,5 x 22 (RA ), immediately available ex works in many different versions – also acquirable as a “delicacy”: the newly-developed ultralight forged wheel.

The dynamic-brawny appearance is accompanied by the sporty-sonorous and dÄHLer-typical sound of the stainless steel exhaust system with 4 tailpipes, manufactured in-house «built by dÄHLer» as well.
In the gasoline engines, the system – further perfected by us – harmonizes optimally with the latest factory installed gasoline particle filters!
Meanwhile, the word has spread that Dähler is not only dedicated to the respective top model of a series. For (almost) every engine (gasoline or diesel) the team offers an optimization, as well as tested and homologated performance enhancement «powered by dÄHLer». Of course, also for the Dähler interpretation of the new X4 (G02).
