Die Tuning-Manufaktur HPerformance in Osterburken nördlich von Heilbronn kann nun schon auf viele Jahre Erfahrung in den vielfältigen Bereichen der Optimierung von Fahrzeugen aus dem VW-Konzern zurückschauen. Spezialisiert hat sich das Team um Tobias HÄFNER auf die Hard- und Softwareentwicklung rund um die 5-Zylinder-Modelle des Audi-Konzerns. Nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der handverlesenen Kooperationen mit namhaften Herstellern ist das Echo der Kundschaft ausschließlich positiv.
Der Proband ist diesmal kein Geringerer als der Audi TT RS Clubsport. Dessen Software hat HPerformance in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma MTR Performance „auf den neuesten Stand der Dinge“ gebracht. Darüber hinaus wurden diverse weitere Komponenten aus dem eigenen Produkt-Portfolio verbaut. Der hier vorgestellte „CLUBSPORT-TT RS“ bekam eine HPerformance-Leistungssteigerung der Stufe 5. Herzstück des Umbaus ist der HPXT530-Turbolader. Unterstützt wird dieser durch den ebenso eigens entwickelten HPerformance-Ladeluftkühler „Clubsport“ und eine HPerformance-Ansaugung 90 mm mit Ram-Air-Funktion. Ferner kommen die Zündkerzen sowie die Hochdruckpumpe jetzt mit einem anderen „Kaliber“ daher. Durch eine 90-mm-Verrohrung, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes nicht zu überhören, brüllt die Exportvariante der HPerformance-Clubsport-Abgasanlage die Leistung des Fahrzeuges ins Freie. Komplettiert wird der Wagen durch einen Clubsport-Überrollbügel. Ein Clubsport-Gewindefahrwerk von KW mit 3-Wege-Verstellung und Uniball-Domlagern halten den TT RS „auf Kurs“. Die rundum installierte Mov’it-Rennbremsanlage verfügt über 370×35-mm-Bremsscheiben an der Vorderachse und ebensolche in 342×28 mm an der Hinterachse.
Aus aerodynamischen Gründen hat HPerformance die große Clubsport-Lippe, die seitlichen Frontflaps und den Clubsport-Heckflügel verbaut. Die an dieser Stelle genannten Teile sind alle aus hochfestem, gewichtsparendem Carbon. In der Summe sämtlicher Maßnahmen sind das Ergebnis 510 PS (= 375 kW) Leistung sowie 690 Nm maximales Drehmoment. Die Kosten für den gesamten Umbau belaufen sich auf ca. 50.000 €. Der „aufgemöbelte“ TT RS kann übrigens für 90.000 Euro erworben werden!

AUDI TT RS CLUBSPORT by HPERFORMANCE
The Osterburken HPerformance tuning manufacture north of Heilbronn, Germany, has already many years of experience in many fields of VW car optimization. The team around Tobias HAEFNER is specialized in hard- and software development of AUDI 5 cylinder models. The customer feedback is exclusively a positive one, not at least because of the “hand-picked” cooperations with renowned manufacturers.
The subject of experience now is no less than an Audi TT RS Clubsport, the software of which has been brought to the “most recent state of affairs” by HPerformance in cooperation with MTR Performance. Furthermore, there have been installed other details coming out of the own product portfolio. The presented in the following “CLUBSPORT-TT RS” was HPerformance stage 5 power uprated. Lichpin of the car transformation is the HPXT530 turbocharger, supported by the likewise self-developed HPerformance “Clubsport” charge air cooler and a HPerformance 90 mm suction device with Ram air function. In addition, there are to be mentioned the plugs and the high-pressure pump – now in another “bore”. Thanks to the 90 mm piping, the HPerformance Clubsport exhaust export version roars the car’s power into the air in the truest sense of the word and is hardly not to be heard. The vehicle is completed by a Clubsport rollover bar. KW Clubsport coilovers with 3-way regulation and Uniball strut towers hold the TT RS on the road. The all-around installed Mov’it racing brake system has 370×35 mm brake discs on the front and discs in 342×28 mm on the rear axle.
For reasons of aerodynamics, HPerformance has applied the big Clubsport lip, lateral front flaps and a Clubsport rear wing. All mentioned here parts are made of high-strength weight-lowering carbon. The result of all applied measures in sum are 510 HP (= 375 kW) of power with 690 Nm of maximal torque for about 50.000 € all in all. By the way, this “beefed up” TT RS is available for 90.000 Euro already!
